Participation

The 2nd Canadian Open Science Conference welcomes researchers, trainees, funders, policymakers, research infrastructure leaders, and others interested in open science and metaresearch.

No. The conference welcomes attendees with all levels of experience.

Registration is for the full conference; however, you are welcome to attend as many days and/or sessions as your schedule allows.

No. This will be an in-person event.

Accessibility and Inclusion

Yes, we are committed to making the conference accessible and inclusive for all attendees. The conference will be held at the University of Ottawa, which is an accessible and inclusive campus. Participants will have the opportunity to indicate accessibility requirements during registration. If you have any concerns, please contact the conference organisers.

Food and Accommodations

Yes. The conference will include breakfast, lunch, and coffee/snack breaks.

A block of hotel rooms has been reserved for conference attendees. Space is limited. Please see our “Hotels” page for more information.
